Financial Information Responsibility
At times, all of us incur financial difficulty and need to make special arrangements. Please let us know immediately if that becomes the case, and we will do all we can to help. All families will be required to sign a Tuition Contract. If an account becomes 30 days past due and no arrangements have been made; the student may be asked to withdraw.
Those seeking financial assistance are asked to contact their local church first. If additional assistance is needed, you may fill out a financial aide application that will be submitted to a third party (Facts Management) for evaluation. Once your specific need is defined, we will do whatever possible to assist you with your tuition. Completion of registration means that the registration balance is paid and all forms, fees, and documents are turned in by Wednesday, July 14, 2010. For families with multiple students, the following discounts will apply: 5% for the 2nd child, 10% for the 3rd child and 15% for the 4th child. (The student in the highest grade level is considered as the first child.) For this purpose, “your child” is to include stepchildren and any child in your legal custody. Returning Students: A $25.00 discount off the registration fee will apply to all returning students from 2009/2010.
Referral Program: For every student you refer, $100.00 will be applied to your account. The referred student must be successfully enrolled in order to receive this credit.
Payment Plans
Plan A Payment in Full: If tuition is paid for the whole year in advance, a 10% discount will apply. Discount not shown below.
Plan B Semester Payment Plan: If tuition is paid a semester in advance a 5% discount will apply. Discount not shown below.
Plan C 10 Month Payment Plan: 10 tuition payments are from September – June.
Plan C 11 Month Payment Plan: 11 tuition payments are from August – June.
Plan C 12 Month Payment Plan: 12 tuition payments are from August –July
*Constituent are confirmed members of any of the three supporting SDA Churches: Before Care and After Care School is in session Monday through Thursday 8:00a.m. – 2:45p.m., and Friday 8:00a.m. – 1:30p.m. If additional care is needed beyond this time the following rates apply.
Before Care, Pre-K-10 6:30a.m. – 7:30a.m.-------$4.00 flat rate 7:30a.m. until school starts-----No Charge
After Care Hours Monday-Thursday, 3:00p.m.-6:00p.m. Friday, 1:45p.m.-4:00p.m.
Pre-K----No Charge K-10, First hour - $4.00 ($2.00 if checked out within first 30 minutes) $1.00 for each additional ½ hour. After 6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 4:00p.m. Friday, $1.00 per minute.
The above fees are per student. All students who have not been picked up by the end of the school day are required to go to after care. Parent or designee is to sign out their student from after care before leaving.
Before and after care charges are not collected through FACTS. These charges will be billed to you separately on a monthly basis. Specific Stewardship Opportunities
